“The coming three months…will also bring the first signs of your creativity blossoming. First, for each of you and then, collectively. The latter is going to ensure more challenges arise to the established order.” – Source

Many leaders rely on force — exerting control over their teams, clients, or projects to achieve the results they desire. However, this can lead to burnout, resistance and short-lived success.

This to me epitomises the old order.

The new era prefers we operate from our power, the truth of our connection to all that is. Which allows you to navigate challenges more effortlessly and with greater impact.

We are on the threshold of heralding the start of this new era. The New Earth prophets from many different cultures and cycles have spoken of metaphorically and literally for thousands of years.

Their words have offered visions of lasting peace on earth, a time of returning to the garden: Heaven on Earth.

Yet, our experiences have conditioned most to believe suffering is an essential part of being human, that life is hard. The belief is we are here to navigate our way through its trials and tribulations, redeeming our heavenly rewards only when we leave this physical plane.

Power Serves Others, Whereas Force Is Self-serving

The choice we all have is to continue to accept suffering and destruction. Or, to take the reins of creation into our hands and become the stewards of a new era for humanity and all on Mother Earth.

Either way, we play a powerful role in co-creating with the Creator the world we participate in.

The real question is which destiny do we choose?

Do we continue to rely on force or switch to being in our power?

One characteristic of force is arrogance, whereas power is characterised by humility.

Force is pompous as it knows all the answers; power is unassuming. It also attracts, whilst force repels.

Power serves others, whereas force is self-serving.

Force needs to control others because it lacks power, just as vanity stems from a lack of self-esteem.

Power comes from insight and higher levels of consciousness. Force comes from fear and resistance – lower levels of consciousness!

My latest article outlines more on this internal conflict we all face.

As indigenous wisdom keepers, shamans have always understood humanity has the power to create the different world outlined in the prophecies.

We are being invited to participate in the creation of a new reality. One that requires us to re-activate the Creator in ourselves and to serve as co-creators of a powerful New Earth.

Such points of evolution are brief moments when choices and vibrations determine destinies.

Reclaim Your Power To Shape Your World

They are initiated by chaos, death and re-birth, periods of reorganisation filled with all kinds of experiences to help us gain clarity.

Each of us currently on Mother Earth is being called forward. Whilst old systems might tremble and strain to hold on, a new reality is quietly taking form through you and others like you.

In addition to further guidance, the latest Message From Source offered  this reminder:

“This is how the new will and is already beginning to emerge.

The same is happening within each of you. Some are taking more action and others are following at their pace. This is how revolutions come about. This is the process each of you has initiated and so your journey dictates its pace for you.”

The frequency of the new is added to whenever another person chooses to align their life with truth, coherence and possibility.

Then you will begin to make peace with your nervous system so you stop re-acting to triggers and start creating from resonance.

Able to reclaim your power to shape your world—consciously, compassionately and with purpose.
