Have you ever noticed how some patterns keep showing up in your life… even when you believe you have left them behind? 

Maybe you have read the books. Listened to the podcasts. Taken the courses.

Learnt something valuable. You feel motivated and making progress.

Then shortly after… you find yourself re-acting in the same old way, making the same choices. Pulled back into the same old patterns and behaviour. 

One of the biggest misconceptions about evolving into a new version of yourself is that lasting transformation comes from learning more information, applying more willpower.

In fact, most people become caught inside the struggle itself. Whereas actually it is essential to recognise it as part of the process of your continuing evolution!

Which Version Of You Will You Allow To Emerge?

It happens when your sense of who you are begins to shift.

Most can clearly envision that version of themselves.

The real challenge is bridging the gap between the life that has actually manifested and the one you sense is possible.  

Each of us has alternative paths we can walk.

The wide one is the path of least resistance. It requires nothing from you except compliance, whatever its values and life rules.

Should you take it, you will be comfortable and accepted. You will never have to face yourself – meaning you will never become who you truly are.

The other path is narrow, with twists and turns. It requires you to look at your anxiety and to make your own choices.

It forces you to take responsibility – whatever the outcome!

The coming June solstice marks an important turning point in the yearly cycle. It offers an opportunity to pause, take stock of where you are and reconnect with what matters most to you before moving forward.

This moment is important because we are no longer standing at the very beginning of the story.

Yes, whilst the first hints of where the collective shifts may be taking us have appeared, they have yet to take form!

Most of the beliefs that shape your life were formed long before you could evaluate them critically.

Hence, why most of our decisions are influenced by beliefs we never consciously chose. Not because we are unaware or incapable, rather these patterns have become automatic without any exercise of conscious choice!

Conditioning often suggests should something feel difficult, we must be doing it wrong, we are not on course!

Instead of asking what the challenge has surfaced to teach us, we often move immediately into self-judgement, discouragement, collapse, or avoidance!

Preferring to remain in the old version rather than moving to the new one!

The latest Message From Source broadened this perspective. Reminding us the only limitation we have is within us, based on what you believe to be possible for you.  

Then emphasising: 

“That is why this period is so important for each of you. You choose what you desire and so then you will continue to do so in the era you create.”

Not knowing exactly what is coming next usually feels at least uncomfortable.

Fear narrows thoughts, whilst growth requires the willingness to explore possibilities that have yet to be fully accepted!
