Have you ever considered relationships as one of the primary ways we learn about love and ourselves so we may grow?

This is the reason the latest Message From Source indicated they are probably the most important means for all Souls to gain experiences when incarnating in a physical life!

For relationships are not just something we “have” in our lives — they are living, evolving experiences that shape our sense of identity, belonging, and worth.

Steve Maraboli described it this way:

“Everything on this earth is in a continuous state of evolving, refining, improving, adapting, enhancing… changing. You were not put on this earth to remain stagnant.”

Old Patterns Must Go To Create New Relationships

What often creates conflict in relationships is not a lack of love, rather a lack of appreciation and understanding. This is especially true concerning self-love – or its lack!

Over the years, I have learnt about many struggles. Not because people did not care or try hard enough, rather they did not understand what their relationships are actually asking of them!

When relationships become challenging, most assume something is wrong — with them, the other person, or the relationship itself!

Personalising what is often a part of the natural cycle of personal growth and connection.

One of the most persistent myths is the idea the relationship with your soulmate should be easy, effortless and free of conflict.

When difficulties arise, as they will, the belief is this signifies failure rather than an invitation to deeper understanding.

Thereby, not remaining stuck in patterns they do not comprehend, repeating the same dynamics again and again.

Relationships are not meant to be perfect; they are to provide meaning!

They challenge us to know ourselves more deeply, to communicate honestly, to set boundaries and to stay present when vulnerability arises.

The stretching is not to punish us, instead to help us grow in awareness, compassion and self-respect.

Once you slow down enough to notice it, your body will tell you the truth before your mind ever catches up.

When you feel your body tightening, it is organising your response to life!

In such moments, your nervous system is really asking a simple question: Am I safe?

This is when your nervous system defaults to what feels familiar, not necessarily what is aligned with your desires.

It will choose the known over the true, even when that is not what you actually desire.

This Message From Source reminded us Creator Love embraces all of Creation, recognising all is connected without judgement or criticism.

Also indicating you can assist yourself by reviewing your own relationships, in particular that with yourself – the most important one for you to expand and evolve!

Adding:

“The more you do from a point of heart coherence, the sooner your world will begin to reflect your desires!”

Coherence is not about trying harder or fixing yourself. Rather, it is learning how to regulate, re-pattern and decondition in ways the body and nervous system can actually integrate.

Then you gain access to more curiosity, insight, and choice.
