Look anywhere and you will see things falling apart. The ground trembles. What once felt solid is dissolving into dust.

Though this is never the end. To stop there, seduced by despair, is to close your book in the middle of the chapter—right before renewal begins to arrive.

The Phoenix does not die in the fire. It surrenders, knowing the flames are the doorway to the new.

Even when we stumble, something new is being born. The destruction is clearing space for deeper healing, for a truer alignment, for the reclamation of your power.

Your Higher Self Knows Not Everything Is Pre-written

Remember, not everything is “pre-written” in destiny or your natal chart.

This current period of calm is being offered to each of us so we can choose to lift our eyes to the horizon and write the next sentence full of possibility.

Stand rooted in your heart, so you can feel stable and secure instead of vulnerable and scared. Thereby building the next step with love.

When heart-centred, you allow yourself to be guided by your Higher Self, your unfiltered connection to Source and all that is!

Therefore, do what lights you up in your heart. Be that meditation, yoga, relaxing activities such as being in Nature, dancing, singing, art – whatever speaks to YOU.

Follow your feelings, this will help you come to accept you are in control of creating your ultimate destiny!

The alternative is to retain the story your body is holding – meaning you will end up repeating it – often more than once!

Which is why so many people feel they are stuck in the same loops of:

• Burnout;
• Relationship patterns;
• Emotional fatigue.

Repeating the same experience because their story has not changed.

Your Higher Self Is Your Unfiltered Connection To Source

Doing so will help each of us remember who we truly are. Together with being aware of how the broader scheme of things works, or even that it exists!

For millennia, religions, spiritualities and indigenous cultures have been aware of the overarching presence of our Higher Self.

It is the conduit through which Akasha or life force flows into you through your crown chakra. Having access to everything, your Higher Self knows your true intentions, desires and secrets.
