“…so you are free to step into the new era you desire for yourself. That is impossible to do whilst you hold onto who you desire to leave behind.” – Source

There is a story inside you that has been looking to be released.

Not because it was wrong and certainly not because you did something wrong.

It is simply because it no longer fits who you are becoming.

Too many of us live trapped in beliefs shaped by stories—our own, family’s, ancestors’ and in other lives.

These stories are deeply embedded in our energy, our physical and emotional bodies.

They do not have to define you anymore, only you need to choose to step beyond them.

Making a conscious choice to free yourself of the habits that have formed in your life.

Are You A Procrastinator Skipping Life-Changing Decisions?

Perhaps you have been receiving echoes of the past, feeling nostalgic and trying to move beyond a habit you have already outgrown.

The stories looping endlessly: “Maybe I’ll do that later…” “I’ve tried everything already.” “I’m not sure what I’m missing.”

These are not just thoughts; they are survival patterns embedded in your nervous system, trapping the very energy you need to move toward who you are becoming, only you remain tied by the embedded habit!

The distorted wound whispers: “not now, wait until….” So you stay small, arguing for your limitations, caught in brain fog and energy dips, craving for some momentum.

Continuing to procrastinate with your carefully prepared story of why now is not quite the moment.

However, waiting for the right moment will bring burnout.

Continual attempts at waiting for the right moment will only worsen your burnout.

Waiting for the right moment is actively not acting, so how could doing nothing burn you out?

My latest article details various studies indicating those who procrastinate tend to have high levels of anxiety as well as poor impulse control.

It is even linked to physical illness as procrastinators experience more stress and tend to delay self-care. Creating a cycle of poor health due to just putting off taking action to free their body, let alone their life!

Struggling With Making Decisions?

One of the studies cited indicated procrastination was highest in 14-to-29-year-olds – the youngest age group studied.

My article details five reasons why humanity prefers to procrastinate rather than make life changing decisions!

Another study indicated lack of sleep creates short circuits in the brain, reducing the ability to make choices. Identifying how sleep deprivation can lead to fatal errors of judgement in real-life situations.

Without sufficient sleep, you are more apt to overreact to events, especially those creating a negative re-action!

In addition to further updates, the latest Message From Source included this rejoinder to us all:

“For the moment, allow yourself to be the observer of what is unfolding. Observe the small as well as major themes which will appear. They will also be reminders of what power exists to shape the environment in which you can then gain your experiences.”

The article contains five tips to help you manage and make the choice to initiate change in your life
