The Pisces new moon has risen; bringing new beginnings. However, expansion does not always feel light!
More recently, it has felt like pressure.
As though something inside is being stretched beyond its current shape.
Life is asking you to hold more… feel more… process more.
Usually, this can feel emotional and overwhelming.
This Is More Than The Moment Of New Beginnings
Which reminds me of how I watched our children grow. Nothing seemed to be happening, then suddenly growth spurts.
The body stretches. Systems recalibrate. Everything adjusts to support the new shape and size.
Growth is seldom graceful whilst underway!
It can feel awkward. Heavy. Overwhelming and often accompanied by growing pains!
Which is how I sense this moment for so many of us.
- Heavy with emotion;
- Information overwhelm;
- Quiet internal shifts we cannot name, let alone see; and
- Pathways reopening.
This Pisces new moon was the final moon of six consecutive ones at 28°.
28 reduces to 10 – the Universal year number for 2026.
10 indicates completion of a cycle to allow for a Cosmic reset, leadership and innovation, self-discovery and independence to create the new one!
Pisces, the last sign of the zodiac, is the place where all the lessons of every sign before it converge into something beyond the range of our usual experience.
Indicating this is more than just the moment for new beginnings, for Pisces teaches us ultimate truths – we are all one, we are all connected.

Only 37 hours after the new moon rose, the 0° Aries equinox takes place.
Also on the 20th Mercury goes direct and conjuncts the North node of destiny.
Many ancient cultures recognise the equinox as a spiritual turning point!
April will bring an energy which will make it seem far easier to create your desires.
