The Dark Night Of Your Soul Honours Your True Self

Sunday´s full moon in Gemini will add a layer of confusion, dis-orientation and insecurity, potentially making us more sensitive to our emotions.

This full moon will also remind us how our upbringing, education and culture still affect our beliefs and thinking patterns.

These come from our past, in all its forms.

To step into a new way of being, reaching out to what is unimaginable, requires you first shed the conditioned self that no longer serves you.

Only when surrendering and releasing, do you allow in the limitless.

Such a phase of personal challenge and transformation is known as the Dark Night Of Your Soul. Marked by confusion, helplessness and stagnation of the will, it is a stage of final and complete purification.

During my first one, I felt as though the foundation of my life had been pulled out from under me. All the ways I had relied on to make sense of myself and my place in the world, no longer seemed to fit.

Questioning everything I had believed to be true. My mind desperately attempting to create meaning around the experience so it could regain control and familiarity.

The purpose of the Dark Night is to go within to recall who you really are, not the persona built on your beliefs and patterns of behaviour.

So, recognising your existence beyond your physical body and opening to fun beyond your Dark Night.

Use The Solstice To Set Your Intentions For Your New Era   

Each of us is an essential part of what is underway. Your own shift in consciousness and the work you do to heal beliefs about your own sense of self-worth, initiates energy that has the power to lift others.

This energy frequency reverberates to your community, impacts those you love and anyone you connect with. Your personal evolution changing your world.

It is therefore, the moment to set your intentions for your new era that is beginning. From this will flow the choices needing to be made to initiate something new.
