Recently, there have been days when the energy felt quietly directive…

Not urgent.

Not overwhelming.

Just present.

You may have noticed it as a subtle restlessness, a pull to orient yourself more clearly, or a feeling that something inside you wants to be brought back into alignment.

Not because anything is amiss, rather clarity is closer than usual once you pause long enough to meet it!

Days such as this tend to offer support to gain clarity about yourself.

Not because you have to act…

Instead, indicating your body is already listening!

Your Dreams Want Expression In Your Life  

So, providing you with the opportunity to understand yourself. Not superficially, deeper than you may have ventured before! 

Enabling you to become present, aware, emotionally stable and internally structured. Then your energy rises — and stays risen. Moving permanently to live at a higher frequency is what this current phase is introducing.

When anxious, scattered, re-active, or constantly projecting yourself into the future or pulling yourself back into the past, your system cannot hold that frequency.

With the result, life seems to be a rollercoaster as your being is not capable of supporting consciousness at a higher level.

Indicating dreams that may have been whispering to you are not yet ready to take form!

For it needs you to stay connected to what feels aligned and true for you, rather than needing to know all the answers before you move!

Quantum science has indicated energy on its own disperses. Consciousness provides the structure to give it flow and direction.  

When operating from a lower frequency, life becomes heavy, the world around you feels dense. Challenges seem greater than you are. Your mind spirals and everything narrows into victim and survival mode.

This is the era we are leaving.

To allow the higher frequency the opportunity to settle.

However, to effect the shift individually it needs you to start slowly – much, much more slowly than you think you are capable of!

A nugget of practical wisdom that has been known for thousands of years! And, is definitely the best method to effect gradual, radical, behavioural change.

Then change will be triggered by the planetary movements welcoming in the new era.
