โJust as your physical body is being adapted, so will many of the associated memories come to remind you of the stories which have helped bring you to that pointโ – Source
Change is underway, whether we like it or not.
Each of us is experiencing this transition in our own way.
Sometimes the choice is forced upon us and on other occasions we are presented with an either/or scenario: follow the familiar wide road or take the one less travelled.
When faced by such a decision, we usually discover more about ourselves.
For we are defined by the choices we have made. That is how we create our wisdom and unfold our potential.
Each is a spiritual participation in the injunction “Know Thyself” written on the Temple of Apollo at Delphi.
Ready To Make New Choices?
To me, there are two types of people in this world: settlers and explorers.
Settlers cling to the familiar. They follow the prescribed path. Obtain the education, the job, the partner and the family along with a mortgage as they seek the illusion of security.
“Now is never the right moment” to do something different and follow their Soulยดs calling.
The greatest opportunities for growth, including wealth creation, exist in exploring outside the comfort zone.
Always have. Always will.
Explorers seek beyond what their mind already expects to see. This distortion creates blind spots as to what you believe are your options and so choices to be made.
Such decisions determine your life.
They also outline the phases in your life – there are usually several in every lifetime.
The question is, which path to choose to reach your desired objective?
As set out in my latest article, in life, there is often no โrightโ decision.
The way we approach the choice depends on which of the six archetypes outlined we have chosen to play. Each is based on the direction we are heading and the experiences we incarnated to gain.
Sometimes we make logical decisions, though on many occasions the choices are emotional, irrational and often confusing!
Prepare To Make Your Life Choice
When making a choice, we form opinions and choose actions via mental processes which are influenced by biases, beliefs, emotions and memories.
Though the latest research into how memory is built indicates not only can we โrememberโ events that never happened, our emotion decides what stays and what fades.
Namely, the emotional weight of memories tied to strong feelings are more likely to stick and so be remembered!
The latest Message From Source included this reminder:
โJust as your physical body is being adapted, so will many of the associated memories come to remind you of the stories which have helped bring you to that point.โ
In this period of transition, each of us is intended to understand ourselves fully, which means looking at our shadow side. This will result in feeling lots of shame and guilt.
As such, shadow is necessary as it has provided an excellent contrast so you can decide for yourself whether you prefer to be the light.
