The three chapters will help you address what is your business and the form you desire to create. The nature of the breakthrough you are coaching, and what to aim for as a coach.

Module 1: A Coaching Session

The core is a video of me coaching a client using my Full Potential Formula. The purpose is to enable you to experience the flow of the coaching session, working through the complete session. You will be asked to assess the coaching process to identify the stated reasons compared to the underlying beliefs.

Module 2: Creating Your Coaching Sessions

The video follows Module 1´s coaching session so that you join the feedback, from both my and the client´s perspective. This will enable to create a plan, a map for breaking through all a client´s limiting beliefs through the coaching cycle detailed in the module.

It will also help you create a coaching curriculum and so consider the processes you will use in your coaching. The module includes approaches on how to increase the effectiveness of your coaching sessions.

Module 3: Messages From The Soul

Introduces you to kinesiology or muscle testing and how you can use that in your coaching. It will enable you to communicate with the client´s Lifeguard, unconscious mind, and so soul.
